the university will decide the free service arrangement based on the number of the newly enrolled student. If the University decides to arrange free service, they will open an online application webpage.
学校将根据新生人数决定免费接机安排。如果学校决定安排免费接机，将会开放在线申请网页。
You have to apply the free service online ASAP. normally, The application page will be closed 2 weeks before new semester commences. detailed requirements will vary for the different campus. please follow their deadlines.

How To Meet Your Driver?
The University has 2 Campuses. You have to find your campus and fill the card before your arrival. (Chinese drivers do not speak English so you have to show them the card below to let him/her know your Campus.)
The card is attached to your admission letter. （It is for pre-booked service only. If you are using a normal taxi, do not use this card.)
大学有两个校园。你必须提前确定你的校园并填写卡片。（中国司机不会英语，你需要出示下面的卡片给他/她，才能去到正确的校园）
卡片与你的录取信在一起。（仅用于预约服务，如果你使用普通出租车，请勿使用本卡片。）

The University will send you the confirmation email after the closing date. It is not necessary to contact the University during the Summer holiday.

CHD won’t assign you a dorm room before registration. If your arrival time is out of their working hours, we suggest you book a hotel near the University.
